医养结合综合干预对慢性病老年人焦虑、抑郁状态的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Intervention of Integrated Medical and Nursing on Anxiety and Depression of Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的探讨医养结合综合干预对老年慢性病患者焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法将2017年1月1日新入住某养老院的老年慢性病患者作为研究对象。通过抑郁症状群量表(PHQ-9)､广泛性焦虑症状量表(GAD-7)筛选出焦虑抑郁状态人群,实行标准化医养结合干预管理,6个月后进行效果评价。结果共调查养老院老年慢性病患者296人,评分阳性者65位。焦虑状态27人,评分为(11.21±3.81);抑郁状态38人,评分为(12.35±3.24)。干预后,实际纳入评价者63人;焦虑状态26人,评分为7.83±3.34;抑郁状态37人,评分为(7.90±2.99)。干预前后抑郁、焦虑状态评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论医养结合综合干预对于改善老年慢性病患者的焦虑抑郁具有积极作用,应引入老年慢性病患者焦虑和抑郁状态的干预中。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention of integrated medical and nursing on anxiety and depression of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods The elderly chronic disease patients newly admitted to the nursing home on January 1,2017 were taken as the research objects.Through the Patients Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),the anxiety and depression status of the population was screened out,and the standardized management of medical and nursing was carried out.The anxiety and depression score of the group was evaluated again six months later.Results A total of 296 elderly patients with chronic diseases in nursing home were investigated,among which 65 were positive,including 27 with anxiety state(11.21±3.81)and 38 with depression(12.35±3.24).After the intervention,63 cases were actually included in the evaluation;26 cases were in anxiety state,and the score was(7.83±3.34;37 cases were in depression state,and the score was(7.90±2.99).The scores of depression and anxiety of the two groups before and after intervention were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention of integrated medical and nursing has a positive effect on improving the anxiety and depression of elderly patients with chronic diseases,and should be introduced into the intervention of anxiety and depression of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
