社区护士高尿酸血症知识调查

Investigation of Knowledge of Hyperuricemia in Community Nurses

目的调查上海市社区护士高尿酸血症知识知晓现状,为开展相关培训提供依据。方法采取方便抽样,选取分布在上海市6个区的6家社区卫生服务中心的社区护士216例,采用自行编制的“社区护士高尿酸血症知识调查问卷”进行调查。结果“未关注过高尿酸血症疾病管理知识”和“未参加过高尿酸血症知识培训”的社区护士分别占50.5%和69.0%。社区护士高尿酸血症知识得分为(6.72±2.38)分,相应得分率为33.6%;处于经济欠发达区的社区护士较经济发达区社区护士的高尿酸血症知识得分低(P<0.01)。社区护理工作时间≥10年者较<5年的社区护士知识得分低(P<0.05);相对关注过高尿酸血症疾病管理知识的社区护士,不关注者的高尿酸血症知识水平显著较低(P<0.05)。结论上海市社区护士对高尿酸血症管理知识的知晓程度差,应对社区护士进行高尿酸血症相关知识和管理技能的培训,从而促进高尿酸血症的社区管理。

Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge about hyperuricemia among community nurses in Shanghai,and to make a basis for the hyperuricemia relevant training.Methods A total of 216 community nurses from 6 primary healthcare institutions in 6 Districts of Shanghai were enrolled and investigated using the self-made“Community Nurses Hyperuricemia Knowledge Questionnaire”.Results Community nurses who did not pay attention to hyperuricemia management knowledge and had never haven hyperuricemia knowledge trained accounted for 50.5%and 69.0%,respectively;the hyperuricemia knowledge score of community nurses was(6.72±2.38),corresponding the rate of scores was 33.6%;the hyperuricemia knowledge score among community nurses in the developing areas was lower than that of the nurses in the developed areas(P<0.01).The score of knowledge among nurses who had worked in the community for≥10 years was lower than that of nurses who had worked for<5 years(P<0.05).The score of knowledge among community nurses who had paid no attention to hyperuricemia was significantly lower than which of community nurses who had paid close attention to hyperuricemia(P<0.05).Conclusion The hyperuricemia related knowledge among community nurses was poor in Shanghai.It is urgent for healthcare departments to train the community nurses to obtain the knowledge and management skills about hyperuricemia,and to guard the pass of community management of hyperuricemia.
