新冠肺炎疫情对个人未来健康管理的影响研究

An Investigation of the Impact of the COVID-19 Epidemic on the Future Health Management of Individuals

目的收集新冠肺炎疫情期间公众对未来生活方式期许的健康管理的相关数据,探究新冠疫情对个人的未来健康管理意识的影响。方法2020年2月16—20日,采用自行设计的调研问卷并通过“问卷星”APP和纸质问卷,开展线上和线下抽样问卷调研。结果共收取1,765份有效问卷。此次新冠肺炎疫情对83.79%的公众的心情和生活受到冲击。对个人未来健康管理有影响的公众占96.03%。疫情对公众心情的影响程度与改变以后的生活方式程度成正相关(r=0.502,P<0.01);公众对疫情过后自身健康管理重视程度与改变以后的生活方式程度成正相关(r=0.379,P<0.01)。公众选择不同的生活改变方式来实现健康管理。结论新冠肺炎疫情对个人健康管理有较大影响,但具体实现健康管理的方式还需进一步改善。随着疫情的发展,公众将会通过更多的途径对个人进行更有效、健康的全方位个人健康管理。

Objective To collect the relative data of the expectation of health management among the public during the COVID-19 epidemic for analyzing the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the future health management consciousness of individuals.Methods Using the self-designed research questionnaire,online and offline synchronous questionnaire survey was executed through the“questionnaire star”APP and paper questionnaire from February 16th to February 20th,2020.Results A total of 1,765 valid questionnaires was collected.The COVID-19 epidemic outbreak had affected the mood and life of 83.79%(1479/1765)of the public,and 96.03%(1695/1765)of the public had gotten an impact on the future health management of individuals by epidemic.The influence of the epidemic on public mood was positively related to their response to change their lifestyle in the future(r=0.502,P<0.01);the public's attention to their own health management after the epidemic is positively related to their response to change their lifestyle in the future(r=0.379,P<0.001).The public choose different lifestyle to achieve health management.Conclusion The COVID-19 epidemic generated a significant impact on individual health management,but the way in which health management is implemented needs to be further improved.As the epidemic develops,individuals will manage their individual health more effectively,healthily and comprehensively through more ways.
