摘要
随着现代工业的发展和工业“4.0”的推进,自动化系统功能也从单设备走向综合性及集成化。本文设计了一种基于PLC的的福利院智能配餐系统。系统由机器人配餐控制系统、AGV送餐、SCADA服务器。SCADA以数据采集、传输、存储和管理为基础,通过运用计算机网络、信息采集技术对用餐人健康记录和用餐清单数据进行处理,为福利院老人优化饮食方案、推荐餐食。达到利用科技健康养老的目的。
With the development of modern industry and the advancement of industry"4.0",the function of automation system has changed from single equipment to comprehensive and integrated.This paper designs a kind of intelligent catering system of welfare home based on PLC.The system consists of robot catering control system,AGV delivery and SCADA server.SCADA is based on data acquisition,transmission,storage and management.It uses computer network and information acquisition technology to process diner's health records and meal list data,so as to optimize diet plan and recommend meals for the elderly in welfare homes.To achieve the purpose of using science and technology for healthy pension.
