摘要 针对传统物体表面缺陷检测方法采用人工检测导致漏检、误检、效率低的不足,采用基于图像处理的视觉检测方式,分析项目需求后,设计合理的硬件方案和软件设计框架以及合理的软件算法,采用七个不同的相机和若干个光源照射待测品表面,得到合适光照度,实验表明,待测物品典型缺陷能顺利检测到位,符合设计指标,效果良好。 In view of the defects of the surface defect detection method,artificial detection leads to missing detection,false detection and low efficiency.The visual inspection method based on image processing is adopted.After analyzing the project requirements,the reasonable hardware scheme,software design framework and reasonable software algorithm are designed.Seven different cameras and several light sources are used to irradiate the surface of the object to be tested to obtain the appropriate illumination The results show that the typical defects of the object to be tested can be detected in place smoothly,which conforms to the design index and has a good effect.
