面向航天企业的文档协同模式研究与实践

Research and Practice of Document Collaboration Model for Aerospace Enterprises

随着当今社会不断变革,新兴技术应用的不断深入和普及,越来越多的企业使用协同办公系统替代传统办公形式,提升企业的工作效率和过程把控。航天企业作为系统工程方法的典型应用代表,日常工作中涉及大量的文档协同工作,传统的办公模式无法满足科研设计人员的需求。本文通过对航天企业现状进行分析和研究,提出灵活、机动的文档协同应用模式并进行实践,提升企业办公效率。

With the continuous change of today’s society and the deepening and popularization of emerging technology application,more and more enterprises use collaborative office system to replace the traditional office form to improve the work efficiency and process control.As a typical application representative of system engineering method,aerospace enterprise involves a lot of document collaborative work in daily work,and the traditional office mode can not meet the needs of scientific research and design personnel.In this paper,through the analysis and Research on the status quo of aerospace enterprises,a flexible and flexible document collaborative application mode is proposed and practiced to improve the office efficiency of enterprises.
