摘要
公共数字文化服务作为新时代公共文化事业发展的重要内容,利用好当前大数据技术可为其带来多层面、深层次的服务模式创新。文章首先阐述了大数据与公共数字文化服务之间并非相孤立,反而可以相辅相成、共促进步;其次从供给端、用户端、管理层角度总结了大数据技术对公共数字文化服务模式创新的驱动;再次分析了大数据环境下公共数字文化服务的主体、服务流程与方式,在此基础上构建了以大数据平台为中枢的公共数字文化服务模式,并提出模式运行建议。
Public digital cultural services are an important part of the development of public culture in the new era.Using the current big data t e chnology can bring multi-faceted and in-depth services model innovation.This paper firstly illustrates that big data and public digital cultural services are not isolated,but can complement each other and promote steps.Secondly,from the perspectives of supply,user and management,the paper summarizes the driving of big data technology to the innovation of public digital culture service mode.The service subject,service process and mode of public digital cultural service under the big data environment are analyzed,and a public digital cultural service model is constructed with big data platform as the backbone.Based on the research,the author put forward model operation suggestion so as to provide reference for promoting the innovation and development of public digital cultural service in the big data environment.
