多通道微量粉体定量喂料控制系统的应用

摘要 基于目前国内外对微量粉体进行连续稳定计量的产品很少且使用效果不理想的现状,本文提出了一种技术成熟可靠、喂料稳定准确、通用性强的多通道微量粉体定量喂料装置,并对其组成、工作原理和特点进行了介绍。实践证明,该装置适用于量程在100~600 kg/h的微量粉体的过程计量与控制,在垃圾焚烧中得到广泛应用,且应用效果良好。 Based on the current situation that there were few products for continuous and stable measurement of micro powder at home and abroad, and the application effect was not ideal, the device for multi-channel ration feeding of micro powder with mature and reliable technology, stable and accurate feeding, and strong versatility, was proposed in this paper, and its composition, working principle and characteristics were introduced. Practice had proved that the device was suitable for process measurement and control of micro powder with a range of 100~600 kg/h, and had been widely used in waste incineration, with good application effects.
