摘要
针对电厂FGD系统现有的耐磨防腐蚀要求和采用先进陶瓷基复合材料的现状,研发了一种新型具有高耐磨耐蚀性能的RCC树脂/陶瓷聚合体材料,其以高性能树脂为基体、以球形多孔陶瓷和纳米氧化锆为骨架材料、以碳化硅晶须为补强增韧材料。通过耐磨性能、热稳定性、粘接性能及力学性能分析可知,RCC树脂/陶瓷聚合体具有适应性广、耐磨性好、防腐性优、粘接性强、力学性能优、安全性高等优点,是一种优质耐磨耐蚀材料,目前已应用于某些电厂,且应用效果良好。
In view of the requirements of wear and corrosion resistance of FGD system in power plants and the present status of using advanced ceramic matrix composites,a new RCC resin/ceramic polymer material with high wear and corrosion resistance was developed,which used high performance resin as matrix,spherical porous ceramic and nano-zirconia as skeleton material,and SiC whisker as reinforcing and toughening material.According to the analysis of wear resistance,thermal stability,adhesive property and mechanical property,it could be seen that RCC resin/ceramic polymer had advantages of wide adaptability,good wear resistance,excellent corrosion resistance,strong adhesive property,excellent mechanical property and high safety,which was a kind of high-quality wear and corrosion resistance material.And it had been applied in some power plants with good application effect.
