摘要
针对石墨化阴极石墨化工序的相关生产作业点进行规划,以远程自动调控、分散集中控制、智能影像巡检等装备的提升为依托,对石墨化工序中的焙烧块识别、平端面、称重、横截面测量、装出炉、石墨化送电功率、顶推压力、膨胀收缩量、石墨化块指标等进行自动识别和控制点自动巡检,并自动反馈巡检数据,然后通过计算机大数据处理,自动调整相关工艺参数,达到生产工艺要求的智能化作业操控,从而提高劳动效率,降低劳动强度,改善生产环境,提高产品质量,降低生产成本和物料消耗,促使石墨化工序生产过程向自动化、智能化迈进,真正实现石墨化阴极的智能制造。
According to the planning of relevant production operation points of graphite chemical process of graphitized cathode,and based on the improvement of remote automatic control,decentralized centralized control,intelligent image patrol and other equipment,the identification of baking block,flat end face,weighing,cross section measurement,charging and discharging,graphitization power transmission,push pressure,the amount of expansion and contraction,and graphitization block index were identified automatically and control points were patrolled automatically,and patrol data was fed back automatically.Then through computer big data processing,relevant process parameters were automatically adjusted to achieve intelligent operation control required by the production process,thus improving labor efficiency,reducing labor intensity,improving production environment and product quality,reducing production cost and material consumption,promoting the production process of graphite chemical process to stride forward towards automation and intelligence,and truly achieving the intelligent manufacturing of graphitized cathode.
