铜冶炼污酸中和渣无害化处理 被引量:5

摘要 针对中和渣中砷的低成本无害化处理这一铜冶炼行业亟待解决的难题,某公司在三连炉富氧底吹铜冶炼工艺中,将污酸中和渣投入冶炼生产线,然后通过高温处理将有害砷酸盐转化为砷的稳定化合物。经过多次实验分析可知,中和渣经过回炉后产生的冶炼渣已不属于危险废物,可作为一般固体废物处理。生产实践表明,这种中和渣无害化处理方法安全高效,成本低,市场竞争力强。 Aiming at the problem of harmless treatment with low cost of arsenic in neutralization slag,which was an urgent problem in copper smelting industry,the neutralizing slag of waste acid was put into the smelting production line of the oxygen-enriched bottom-blown copper smelting process of tri-continuous furnace in a company,then the harmful arsenate was converted into stable compounds of arsenic by high temperature treatment.After many experiments analysis,it could be seen that the smelting slag produced after the neutralization slag was returned to the furnace was no longer classified as hazardous waste,and could be treated as general solid waste.The production practice had shown that the harmless treatment method of neutralization slag had the advantages of safe and efficient,low cost,and strong in market competitiveness.
