基于真空蒸发浓缩工艺提升硫酸镍产能技改实践 被引量:4

摘要 目前,金隆公司采用真空蒸发浓缩工艺从电积脱铜终液提取粗硫酸镍,但因该工艺的腐蚀性环境对反应釜寿命影响较大,进而影响了生产效率。针对此问题,金隆公司在现有工艺条件下通过调整工艺参数及优化生产流程的方式提高硫酸镍的产能,具体措施包括提高反应釜真空度、优化水冷槽结晶温度、调整浓缩后液比重以及调整蒸发液位等,改进后,反应釜的寿命提高至2.5倍以上,产能也由过去的1 200 t/a提高至1 900 t/a。 At present,Jinlong Copper Company uses vacuum evaporation and concentration process to extract crude nickel sulfate from the copper-removing final solution. However,the corrosive environment of the process has a greater impact on the life of the reactor,which in turn affects the production efficiency. In response to this problem,the company has improved the production capacity of crude nickel sulfate by adjusting the process parameters and optimizing the production process under the existing process conditions. The specific measures include improving the vacuum of the reactor,optimizing the crystallization temperature of the water cooling tank,adjusting the specific gravity of the concentrated liquid,and adjusting the evaporation level. After the improvement,the life of the reactor is increased to more than 2. 5 times,and the production capacity is also increased from 1 200 t/a to1 900 t/a.
