摘要 为探索经济有效的方法来降低分铜后液中有价金属,大冶有色模拟稀贵车间处理铜阳极泥的湿法工艺流程进行了试验研究。通过分析蒸硒渣是否粉碎、是否加酸、温度、反应时间、液固比、工业盐量等对工艺的影响,得出以下结论:蒸硒渣的粉碎可以提高脱铜渣中有价金属的富集;酸造成蒸硒渣中碲的损失较大;最优试验条件为温度50℃、搅拌时间2.5 h、液固比5∶1、加入蒸硒渣中银含量的1.5倍工业盐Na Cl。采用优化后的分铜工序后,大冶有色每年可以增加产值约532.4万元。 In order to explore cost-effective methods to reduce valuable metals in the copper leaching solution,Daye Non-ferrous Metals conducted a series of experimental studies by simulating the wet process of treating copper anode slime in rare and expensive workshops. By analyzing the effect of selenium evaporation residue crushed or not,acid added or not,temperature,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio,industrial salt amount,etc. on the process,the following conclusions are drawn. The crushing of selenium evaporation residue can increase the concentration of valuable metals in the copper leaching residue;acid causes greater loss of tellurium in selenium evaporation residue;the optimal test conditions are temperature 50 ℃,stirring time 2. 5 h,liquid-solid ratio 5∶ 1,adding industrial salt Na Cl 1. 5 times of the silver content in the selenium evaporation residue. After adopting the optimized copper separation process,Daye Non-ferrous Metals can increase its economic benefit by about 5. 324 million yuan per year.
