摘要
在以锌精矿为原料的常规两段浸出湿法炼锌工艺中,铜灰一般含锌6%~10%,含铜50%左右,但在生产中常会出现品位波动大的问题。某铅锌冶炼厂通过对工艺参数进行不断探索和调整,将铜灰酸洗工艺参数改为酸度100~120 g/L、温度80~85℃,酸洗做槽方式改为串联。该技术改进取得铜灰含锌由之前6.8%降低至5.5%以下,含铜提高至55%以上的效果,为企业带来经济效益。
In the conventional two-stage leaching process using zinc concentrate as raw material,the copper ash generally contains 6%to 10%zinc,and about 50%copper.However,large grade fluctuations often occur in production.Through continuous exploration and adjustment of the process,a lead-zinc smelter changed the copper ash pickling process parameters to acidity 100~120 g/L and temperature 80~85℃,and the pickling tank connection method was changed to series connection.This technological transformation has reduced the zinc content of copper ash from 6.8%to below 5.5%and increased the copper content to above 55%,bringing economic benefits to the enterprise.
