选矿废水残留浮选药剂氧化降解试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 选矿废水中污染物的主要来源于残留的有机浮选药剂,COD是衡量选矿废水污染物含量的一个重要指标。本文选用5种常用的浮选药剂分别配制了选矿废水模拟液,考察了其自然降解情况,并重点对比了市售氧化剂与ENFI合成药剂对浮选药剂的氧化降解效果。结果表明,ENFI合成药剂对选矿废水中各残留浮选药剂均具有良好的氧化降解效果,并且降解反应迅速,最佳降解时间仅为10 min;在一定的药剂制度下,ENFI合成药剂对异丁基黑药的COD去除率可达100%,对Z200、丁黄药的COD去除率可达90%以上,对DETA的COD去除率达85%以上;与市售药剂相比,ENFI合成药剂的使用量仅为市售药剂的1/10~1/25,即可达到相同的COD去除效果。 The residual organic flotation reagents in the beneficiation wastewater are the main sources of pollutants,and COD is an important indicator to measure the content of pollutants.In this paper,five flotation reagents commonly used were used to prepare a simulation solution of beneficiation wastewater,and the natural degradation of the wastewater was investigated.The oxidative degradation effect of the market oxidant and ENFI synthetic reagent on the flotation reagent was compared.The results show that ENFI synthetic reagents have good oxidative degradation effects on the residual flotation reagents in the beneficiation wastewater,and the degradation reaction is rapid,and the best degradation time is only 10 min;under a certain pharmacy system,the COD removal rate of ENFI synthetic agents for isobutyl black medicine can reach 100%,the COD removal rate for Z200 and butyl xanthate can reach over 90%,and the COD removal rate for DETA can reach over 85%;when the usage amount of ENFI synthetic agent is only 1/10~1/25 of the commercial agent,the same COD removal effect as the commercial agent can be achieved.
