摘要
随着时代的发展,传统的“班级”在教学和管理方面存在诸多弊端,制约了班级教育功能的全面发挥,制约了学生的个性化发展。课题《促进学生个性化发展的班级学习社区的实践研究》,是在传统“班级”的基础上,尊重学生的个性差异和潜能差异,从道德、学习、环境、评价等方面,对传统“班级”教学和管理的模式进行变革和创新,促进每一位学生能获得相应的成长和更优化的发展。
With the development of the times,traditional"classes"have many drawbacks in teaching and management,which restrict the full play of the educational functions of the class and restrict the individualized development of students.The project"Practical Research on the Class Learning Community to Promote the Individualized Development of Students"is based on the traditional"class",respecting the differences in personality and potential of students,and from the aspects of morality,learning,environment,evaluation,etc.Reform and innovation of the teaching and management model of"class"will promote each student to obtain corresponding growth and more optimized development.
