建设科技成果推广项目评估认定是对建设科技成果的先进性、适宜性和实用性的科学评价,是建设科技成果推广应用的坚实基础。本文介绍了江苏在国家推进“放管服”改革的形势下,如何建立建设科技成果推广新模式,并分析推广成效。

The evaluation and certification of the promoting projects of construction science and technology achievements is a scientific evaluation of the advanced nature,suitability and practicability of the construction science and technology achievements,which lays the solid foundation for the popularization and application of science and technology achievements.This paper introduces how to establish a new model for the promotion of science and technology achievements in Jiangsu Province under the situation of promoting the reform of"Release,Management and Service",and analyzes the promotion effects of promoting the construction science and technology achievements.
