ESG Supporting the Green Development of Buildings

建筑是主要能耗部门,且建筑绿色化发展是2030年碳达峰和2060年碳中和愿景的必然要求,也是实现经济社会高质量发展的必经之路。当前,一方面建筑绿色化投融资存在信息不对称问题,即缺少有效的投前信用评估和投后信息披露机制;另一方面增量成本和收益不联动,导致难以获得差异化融资支持。引入ESG理念,可从体系端建立建筑绿色信用指标和信息披露机制,从资金端通过ESG理念引导资金支持建筑绿色化项目,弥补建筑绿色化投融资缺口。本文对ESG如何支持建筑绿色化发展提出了建议。

Buildings are the main energy-consuming sector.The green development of buildings is an inevitable requirement of the vision of carbon peak in 2030 and the carbon neutralization in 2060,and it is also necessary to achieve highquality development of the society.At present,on the one hand,there is a problem of information asymmetry in green building investment and financing,that is,there is a lack of effective pre-investment credit evaluation and post-investment information disclosure mechanisms.On the other hand,incremental costs and benefits are not linked,making it difficult to obtain differentiated financing support.The introduction of ESG concepts can establish green building credit indicators and information disclosure mechanisms from the system side,and guide funds to support green building projects through ESG concepts from the capital side to make up the financing gap faced by green building industries,which can provide explanation and suggestions on what and how ESG supports the green development of buildings.
