摘要
街道不仅是交通空间,更是居住在这里的人们生活和停留的场所。本文以伦敦街道设计方法与改造为基础,通过对伦敦街道设计导则中设计策略和伦敦街道更新设计案例分析,从中提取人本尺度的街道设计经验方法,在人本尺度下优先保障行人、自行车和公交的使用,平等路权,以推进可持续绿色交通方式为主导的改进。通过减少城市中阻碍步行便捷性与占据使用空间的护栏等基础设施,减少城市中高差变化等措施来提高慢行系统的使用便捷度,确保实现慢行系统的包容性、活力、可达性、开放性、连续性,提高城市社交活力和文化传承力。
The street is not only a traffic space,but also a place where people live and stay.Based on the design method of London streets and the retrofit,through the design strategy of London Streets Design Guideline and case analysis of London street renewal design,this paper extracts humanistic dimensions of street design experience,gives equal rights to the humanistic yardstick for pedestrians,bicycles and buses,in order to promote the sustainable improvement of green transportation as the leading factor.Measures such as reducing the infrastructure such as guardrail that impedes the convenience of walking and occupies the use space in the city,and reducing the variation of height difference in the city are taken to improve the convenience of using the slow-moving system,ensure the inclusiveness,vitality,accessibility,openness and continuity of the slow-moving system,and improve the vitality of social interaction and cultural inheritance of the city.
