摘要 对学生进行德育是班主任的重点工作,学生的思想活跃,容易受到外界的干扰,对事物有自己的看法,所以需要班主任引导学生向着正确的方向发展,树立学生的价值观和人生观。因此,提升班主任的德育能力就被提上了日程,只有班主任具备了较强的德育能力,才能帮助学生快速成长,少走弯路,将学生培育成对社会有用的人才。本文作者结合实际班主任工作,谈谈提升德育能力的策略。 Moral education for students is the key work of the class teacher.The students are active in thinking,easily interfered by the outside world,and have their own views on things.Therefore,the class teacher needs to guide the students to develop in the right direction and establish the students’values and outlook on life.Therefore,improving the moral education ability of the class teacher is put on the agenda.Only when the class teacher has a strong moral education ability can he help students grow fast,avoid detours,and cultivate students into talents that are useful to society.The author of this article discusses strategies for improving the ability of moral education in combination with the work of the actual class teacher.
