摘要
我国老旧小区供热系统供热效率低、品质差,不能满足供热节能发展需求。以天津市某老旧小区供热系统节能改造为例,从热源、热网、末端用户分析系统存在的问题以及改造内容,并从管网设计角度优化热网路由,利用计算机技术和网络技术对供热系统进行智慧化提升改造,并对其节能效果、环境效益、社会效益进行具体分析。通过工程实际项目分析介绍老旧小区节能改造技术及方法,以期对老旧小区供热系统节能改造具有工程实际参考价值。
The heating system in the old residential areas in China has low heating efficiency and poor quality,which cannot meet the development demand of energy saving.Taking a district heating system of an old community in Tianjin as an example,this paper analyzes system problems and reform contents from the aspects of heating sources,heat supply networks and the end users.From the viewpoint of design optimization of heat supply network routing,it uses computer technology and network technology to upgrade the heating system intelligently,and analyzes its energy saving effect,environmental benefits and social benefits.This paper introduces the energy-saving technology and method of the old residential area through the analysis of the actual project,which can provide the practical reference for the energy-saving renovation of the heating system in the old residential area.
