摘要 为了减小透射式光学系统机械结构的重量,提出一种基于多学科优化软件的轻量化优化方法。光机结构重量与结构体积和材料属性有关,针对结构体积进行了轻量化优化。以镜筒壁厚等结构尺寸为变量,以施加载荷后的光学MTF值符合设计要求时的质量最小为目标,以一安防变焦系统结构为例验证了优化方法的可行性。与原始变焦系统结构相比,优化后重量减小了24.72%,光学系统MTF降低了0.76%,质量满足设计要求2 kg,MTF符合设计要求。对于透射式光学系统结构轻量化设计提供一种新的参考和借鉴方法。 In order to reduce the weight of the mechanical structure of the refractive optical system,a lightweight optimization method based on multidisciplinary optimization software was proposed.The structural weight of the optical machine was related to the structural volume and material properties.Inthis paper,the lightweight optimization has been carried out for the structural volume.Taking the structural dimensions such as the wall thickness of the lens barrel as the variable,the objective was to minimize the optical MTF value after the load was applied according to the design requirements.The feasibility of the optimization method was verified by taking the structure of a security zoom system as an example.Compared with the original zoom system structure,the optimized weight was reduced by 24.72%;the optical system MTFwas reduced by 0.76%;the quality meets the design requirement of 2 kg;and the MTF meets the design requirements.A new reference and reference method for the lightweight design of refractive optical systemwas provided.
