潍坊港船舶航行安全的风险评估

Risk Assessment of Ship Safe Navigation in Weifang Port

潍坊港地处渤海航运要道,船舶碰撞事故严重影响港口安全,对其进行风险评估很有必要。本文基于潍坊港区域安全事故现实情况,采用FSA方法对区域潜在风险进行评估。评估结果表明该方法对有效避免海上碰撞事故风险,提高进出潍坊港船舶、人员、货物、环境安全,有着重要的指导意义。

Weifang port is located in the Bohai sea.Ship collision accident seriously affects the safety of th e port.It is necessary to carry out the risk assessment.This article uses accident case in the weifang port area wit h the FSA method to evaluate potential risk area.The results show that the proposed method to avoid the risk of co llision at sea effectively and improve the access to Wei fang Port ships,personnel,cargo,environmental safety,ha ve an important guiding significance.
