Psychological Problems of Syphilis Patients and Nursing Intervention Measures

目的分析梅毒患者的心理问题及护理干预措施。方法回顾性分析2019年4月至2019年7月本疾病预防控制中心与我地区某医院皮肤性病科门诊合作共同收集的首诊诊断为梅毒的90例患者的临床资料,总结分析患者的心理问题,并给予护理干预措施。结果90例患者的心理问题主要包括:惧怕、忧虑;自责、避讳;冤枉、憋屈;破罐破摔。患者护理后惧怕、忧虑占比2.22%,自责、避讳占比1.11%,冤枉、憋屈占比1.11%,破罐破摔占比0,均显著低于护理前的33.33%、44.44%、40.00%、60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过给予梅毒患者个性化的健康教育与心理护理,可以大大提升患者对疾病治愈的信心,改善患者的负面心理,利于疾病康复。

Objective To analyze the psychological problems of syphilis patients and nursing intervention measures.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 90 patients who were diagnosed with syphilis in the first diagnosis from the center for disease control and prevention and the dermatology and venereology clinic of a hospital in our region from April 2019 to July 2019,and summarize and analyze the psychological problems of the patients,and give nursing intervention measures.Results The psychological problems of 90 patients mainly include:fear,worry;self-blame,avoid taboo;injustice and stubbornness;broken jar to broken fall.After nursing,the proportion of fear and worry was 2.22%,the proportion of self-blame and avoid taboo was 1.11%,the proportion of injustice and stubbornness was 1.11%,and the proportion of broken jar to broken fall was 0,which were significantly lower than that of 33.33%,44.44%,40.00%and 60.00%before nursing,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By giving syphilis patients personalized health education and psychological nursing,it can greatly enhance the patient's confidence in the cure of the disease,improve the patient's negative psychology,and facilitate the recovery of the disease.
