系统护理干预对慢性胃炎合并胃溃疡患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

Effect of Systemic Nursing Intervention on the Clinical Efficacy and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Gastritis and GastricUlcer

目的分析系统护理干预对慢性胃炎合并胃溃疡患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将我院2015年7月至2018年7月收治的76例慢性胃炎合并胃溃疡患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施系统护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、生活质量评分以及临床疗效。结果两组患者干预后的SDS评分、SAS评分均较本组干预前有所改善,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的社会功能、情感功能、日常生活能力评分均优于对照组,临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预的实施提高了慢性胃炎合并胃溃疡患者的生活质量,改善了其社会功能、情感功能和日常生活能力,缓解了其不良情绪,取得了较高的临床治疗有效率。

Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods Seventy-six patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table,with 38 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group received systematic nursing intervention.The Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,quality of life score before and after intervention and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The SDS scores and SAS scores of the two groups of patients after intervention were improved compared with those before the intervention,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,The scores of social function,emotional function,daily living ability of observation group were better than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systemic nursing intervention has improved the quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer,improved their social function,emotional function and ability of daily living,relieved their bad mood,and achieved high clinical treatment efficiency.
