卡前列甲酯栓与缩宫素联合用药方案防治瘢痕子宫剖宫产产后出血产妇的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Carboprost Methyl Ester Suppository Combined with Oxytocin in the Prevention and Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section with Scarred Uterus

目的探究卡前列甲酯栓与缩宫素联合用药方案防治瘢痕子宫剖宫产产后出血患者的临床疗效及安全性,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法选择2017年7月至2019年3月沈阳安联妇婴医院收治的瘢痕子宫行剖宫产的产妇84例为研究对象,依据随机数字分组法将其分成试验组和对照组,每组42例。对照组产妇采用缩宫素治疗,试验组产妇应用卡前列甲酯栓与缩宫素联合用药方案治疗。比较两组产妇的临床疗效、安全性和产前、产后血红蛋白水平。结果试验组患者临床治疗总有效率为92.86%,显著高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05);试验组患者不良反应发生率7.14%与对照组的4.76%相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组产妇产后血红蛋白水平均较同组产前降低,但组间比较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论临床上在防治瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇产后出血中采取卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素给药,可抑制出血,改善产后出血,利于产妇产后恢复,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of carboprost methyl ester suppository combined with oxytocin in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section with scarred uterus,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods A total of 84 parturient with scarred uterus after cesarean section admitted to Shenyang Anlian Maternal and Infant Hospital from July 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number grouping method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,the experimental group was treated with carboprost methyl ester suppository combined with oxytocin.The clinical efficacy,safety and levels of hemoglobin before and after childbirth were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 76.19%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.14%,compared with 4.76%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after childbirth,the level of hemoglobin in the two groups of parturients was lower than that of the prenatal in this group,but in comparison between groups,the control group is lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost methyl ester suppository combined with oxytocin can inhibit bleeding and improve postpartum hemorrhage in the prevention and treatment of parturients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section with scarred uterus,which is conducive to the recovery of postpartum parturients,and has high safety.
