硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Labeiluoer in the Treatment of Hypertensive Disease during Pregnancy

目的探讨研究硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年2月在我院收治的患有妊娠期高血压疾病的患者74例,将其分为对照组和探究组各37例。患者在常规护理基础上接受药物治疗,其中对照组予以硫酸镁进行治疗,探究组予以硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔进行治疗,两组均治疗6周。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应及血压、24 h尿蛋白水平。结果持续治疗6周后,探究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应率、血压、24 h尿蛋白水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病,可以明显降低患者的血压,具有较高的临床治疗总有效率,不良反应发生率较低,临床运用价值较高。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with labeiluoer in the treatment of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy.Methods A total of 74 patients with hypertension during pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group and exploratory group with 37 cases each.The patients received medication on the basis of conventional nursing care.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate and the exploratory group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The total effective rate,adverse reactions,blood pressure,and 24-hour urine protein levels of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 weeks of continuous treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the exploratory group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate,blood pressure,and 24-hour urine protein level were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The results show that the treatment of hypertensive disease during pregnancy with magnesium sulfate combined with labeiluoer can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients,have a higher total clinical treatment efficiency,lower incidence of adverse reactions,and higher clinical application value.
