家庭协同式护理干预模式对小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿心理行为的影响

Effect of Family Collaborative Nursing Intervention Mode on the Psychological Behavior of Children with Viral Myocarditis

目的研究家庭协同式护理干预模式对小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿心理行为的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2019年2月我院收治的120例小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿为研究对象,借助计算机设备对患者施行数字编号并按照奇偶性质将所有患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患儿采取常规护理措施,观察组患儿实施在常规护理基础之上的家庭协同式护理干预模式。比较两组患儿不良反应发生情况、患儿家属护理满意度。结果对照组患儿不良反应发生率为28.33%、护理满意度为75.00%,观察组患儿不良反应发生率为6.67%、护理满意度为95.00%,两组数据组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿的心理行为实施家庭协同式护理干预模式,可有效降低不良反应的发生率,提高患儿家属的护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of family collaborative nursing intervention mode on psychological behavior of children with viral myocarditis.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of children with viral myocarditis in our hospital from May 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were numbered by computer equipment,and all the children were divided into control group and observation group according to parity nature,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the observation group was given family collaborative nursing intervention mode on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of family members of children were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 28.33%,and the nursing satisfaction was 75.00%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,and the nursing satisfaction was 95.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family collaborative nursing intervention mode can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members of children with viral myocarditis.
