腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤核除术围手术期护理对术后并发症及出血量的影响

Effect of Perioperative Nursing on Uterine Fibroids Nucleus Removal under Laparoscope on Postoperative Complications andBleeding Volume

目的分析腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤核除术围手术期护理对患者术后并发症及出血量的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年4月于盘锦市中心医院诊治的86例子宫肌瘤患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组43例。对照组给予常规围手术期护理,试验组给予优质围手术期护理,比较两组子宫肌瘤患者的手术相关情况、术后并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果护理后,试验组患者心率、收缩压低于对照组患者,舒张压高于对照组患者,出血量少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者术后心动过缓、胃部不适、恶心呕吐、寒战低温等并发症发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者及其家属对护理及预后的满意度高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过开展优质围手术期护理服务能够显著优化接受腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤核除术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者的手术相关情况,对于促进患者的身体康复具有积极的作用。

Objective To analyze the effect on uterine fibroids nucleus removal under laparoscope on postoperative complications and bleeding volume.Methods From August 2018 to April 2020,86 patients with uterine fibroids diagnosed and treated in Panjin Central Hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group using the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the experimental group was given high-quality perioperative nursing services.The operation situation,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the diastolic blood pressure was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications such as bradycardia,stomach discomfort,nausea and vomiting,shivering and hypothermia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients and their families on nursing and prognosis was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical development of high-quality perioperative nursing services can significantly optimize the surgical conditions of patients under laparoscopic uterine fibroids nucleus removal surgery,and have a positive clinical value for promoting the physical rehabilitation of patients.
