临床护理路径模式在妊高征患者中的应用效果及对其负面情绪、血压水平的影响

Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway Model in Patients with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome and its Effect onNegative Mood and Blood Pressure Level

目的分析临床护理路径模式在妊娠高血压疾病(妊高征)患者中的应用效果及对其负面情绪、血压水平的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2019年1月收治的60例妊高征患者,以实施临床护理路径模式前后进行分组,2015年1月至2017年1月为常规组(30例,接受传统护理模式干预),2017年2月至2019年1月为干预组(30例,接受临床护理路径模式干预)。将两组患者干预前后的焦虑、抑郁评分以及血压水平进行对比。结果干预后,相比常规组,干预组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分更低(P<0.05);相比常规组,干预组患者的收缩压、舒张压水平更低(P<0.05)。结论给予妊高征患者临床护理路径模式干预,可以有效改善其不良情绪,提高其护理积极性,进而可以有效稳定其血压水平,利于改善母婴结局。

Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway model in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and its effect on negative mood and blood pressure level.Methods Select 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019,and group them before and after the implementation of the clinical nursing pathway model,from January 2015 to January 2017,it was in the routine group(30 cases,receiving traditional nursing mode intervention),and from February 2017 to January 2019,it was in the intervention group(30 cases,receiving clinical nursing pathway mode intervention).The anxiety,depression scores and blood pressure levels of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,compared with the routine group,the intervention group had lower anxiety and depression scores(P<0.05);compared with the routine group,the intervention group had lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of clinical nursing pathway mode in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can effectively improve their bad mood and improve their nursing enthusiasm,thereby effectively stabilizing their blood pressure level and improving the outcome of mother and infant.
