乳腺癌化疗患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉置管常见并发症及护理干预效果

Common Complications and Effect Nursing Intervention of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter in Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的探讨乳腺癌化疗患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉置管(PICC)常见并发症及护理干预效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年10月德阳市人民医院收治的200例乳腺癌化疗患者,依据护理干预模式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用并发症护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为11.00%,低于对照组的34.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医疗人员护理质量评分为(88.15±3.12)分,高于对照组的(65.52±3.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为86.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌化疗患者进行PICC的过程中,通过常见并发症分析与护理干预模式的应用,有利于实现患者护理质量的提升与优化,对于患者病情的康复具有积极的价值。

Objective To investigate the common complications and effect nursing interventions of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From January 2019 to October 2019,200 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy admitted to the Deyang People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the nursing intervention model.The control group adopted the conventional nursing model,and the observation group adopted the complication nursing intervention model,the nursing effects of the two groups was compared.Results The complication rate of the patients in the observation group(11.00%)was lower than that in the control group(34.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of the nursing quality score of the medical staff in the observation group(88.15±3.12)was higher than that of the control group(65.52±3.85)score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(86.00%)was higher than that of the control group(60.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of PICC in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy,through the analysis of common complications and the application of nursing intervention models,it is conducive to the improvement and optimization of patient care quality,which has positive value for patient health.
