全程健康教育模式在慢性肾病护理管理中的应用与研究

Application and Research of Whole-Course Health Education Model in Nursing Management of Chronic Kidney Disease

目的对全程健康教育模式在慢性肾病护理管理中的应用效果进行研究分析。方法采纳2018年1月至2019年1月在我院行治疗的慢性肾病患者1900例,我院根据患者的入院治疗时间随机将其分为对照组与观察组各950例,分别给予常规护理管理与全程健康教育联合护理管理,将两组患者的健康知识掌握水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、服药依从性及护理满意度进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的健康知识掌握水平、服药依从性及护理满意度明显更高,且SAS评分更低(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理管理的基础上,将全程健康教育模式合理应用于慢性肾病患者,不仅可提高其用药依从性与知识掌握水平,更是促进了护患关系的形成,提高了其总体生活质量。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of the whole-course health education model in the nursing management of chronic kidney disease.Methods One thousand and nine hundred patients with chronic kidney disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were used.Our hospital randomly divided them into a control group and an observation group of 950 cases according to their admission treatment time,and they were given routine care management,and combined with whole-course health education and nursing management,the two groups of patients’health knowledge mastery,SAS medication compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher levels of health knowledge,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction,and the SAS score was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing management,applying the whole-course health education model to patients with chronic kidney disease can not only improve their medication compliance and knowledge mastery,but also promote the formation of nurse-patient relationship and improve their overall quality of life.
