老年心脑血管病患者应用人性化护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Humanistic Nursing on the Elderly Patients with Cardio Cerebrovascular Disease

目的研究对老年心脑血管病患者应用人性化护理的效果。方法100例老年心脑血管病患者均于铁岭市西丰县第一医院接受治疗,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组研究组(n=50,采取人性化护理)和对照组(n=50,采取常规护理)。观察两组患者护理效果,比较两组患者的住院时间、心脑血管疾病知晓率以及护理满意度。结果两组患者通过护理后,研究组患者住院时间要短于对照组,心脑血管疾病知晓率、护理满意度要高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年心脑血管病患者采取人性化护理,能提高患者心脑血管知晓率以及护理满意度,有效缩短住院时间。

Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing on the elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were treated at the First Hospital of Xifeng County,from January 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into two study groups according to a random number table,study group(n=50,Take humanized care)and the control group(n=50,take regular care).Observe the nursing effect of the two groups of patients,compare the hospital stay,the awareness rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After the two groups passed the nursing,the hospitalization time of the patients in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the awareness rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction degree in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion Adopting humanistic nursing for elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can improve the awareness of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and nursing satisfaction,and effectively shorten the hospital stay.
