颅内侧支循环对急性缺血性脑卒中患者预后影响的研究进展

Progress of research on the effect of intracranial collateral circulation on the prognosis in acute ischemic stroke

急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)是一种发病率高、致残率高、病死率高、复发率高及并发症多的中枢神经系统血管疾病,占我国脑卒中的69.6%~70.8%[1-3]。AIS是由血栓或栓子阻断供血动脉造成的脑功能损害,改善缺血区血流灌注是其治疗核心。既往研究表明,良好的侧支循环可减少脑梗死体积,维持脑血流灌注,降低复发风险,改善预后[4-6]。因此,全面、准确地评估侧支循环状态,对临床治疗的选择和预后有重要价值。

Acute ischemic stroke is damage to brain function caused by thrombosis or embolus blocking the cerebral artery.Collateral circulation is an important factor to maintain cerebral perfusion and influence the effect of thrombolytic therapy.Good collateral vessels are positively correlated with the prognosis of patients.This review summarizes the regulation mechanism,anatomy and evaluation methods of the intracranial collateral circulation,as well as the correlation between the collateral circulation and the prognosis in acute ischemic stroke.
