林业职业技能大赛与“工匠精神”培养探析

Analysis on Forestry Vocational Skills Competition and Cultivation of Craftsmanship Spirit

对技能大赛对于林业职业教育的积极作用与意义、工匠精神的基本内涵以及当前我国林业职业院校工匠精神涵养不足等问题进行了研究,认为造成林业职业教育培养目标和人才需求脱节的根本原因在于林业职业教育工匠精神的缺失与错位,指出林业技能大赛是对林业职业教育成果的检验和升华,“工匠精神”是贯穿于技能大赛和林业职业教育人才培养的精神内核和关键因素,林业技能大赛对林业职业院校工匠精神涵养具有积极的推动作用。因此,各林业职业院校在人才培养过程中不应只注重技术层面,更要追求人文精神和个人价值的实现,即追求工匠精神。

This paper studies the positive role and significance of skills competition on forestry vocational education,the basic connotation of craftsman spirit and the lack of craftsman spirit conservation in forestry vocational colleges.It is found that the root cause of the disconnection between the training objectives of Forestry Vocational Education and the demand for talents lies in the lack and dislocation of craftsman spirit in forestry vocational education.It is pointed out that the forestry skills competition is the test and sublimation of the forestry vocational education achievements,the"craftsman spirit"is the spiritual core and key factor running through the skills competition and forestry vocational education personnel training,and the forestry skills competition has a positive role in promoting the cultivation of the craftsman spirit in forestry vocational colleges.Therefore,the forestry vocational colleges should not only pay attention to the technical level,but also pursue the realization of humanistic spirit and personal value,that is,the pursuit of craftsmanship spirit.
