Training Russian Mode of Russian Talents in Yili under the Background of the“Belt and Road”Initiative

文章以新疆协同发展战略为背景,分析了伊犁地区经济发展对俄语应用型人才的需求,并结合本地大中专院校俄语应用型人才培养现状,对俄语应用型人才培养模式进行探讨。通过教学内容的扩充、教学方法的优化、教学机制的调整等多种路径进行改革探索,重点研究了以教学质量提升为基础、满足社会发展需求新人才的培养策略。

Based on the "Belt and Road"initiative and the coordinated development strategy of Xinjiang, this paper analyzes the demand for Russian applied talents in Yili’s economic development, and explores the new training mode of Russian applied talents combined with the current situation of training Russian applied talents in local colleges and universities. Through the expansion of teaching content, the optimization of teaching methods, the adjustment of teaching mechanism and other ways to reform and explore, improve the quality of teaching, to meet the needs of development is the focus of this paper.
