The Procedure Control of the Disclosure of Sewage Information in An Enterprise

排污单位强制性公开自我监测信息是排污企业的法律责任,是排污许可证制度的重要环节之一。目前,在自我监控信息公开程序中,存在主体定义模糊,公开方式不完善,问责制和监督程序失灵等问题。因此,本文就如何弄清排污单位的主要状况,改进自我监控信息公开的方式以及实施问责制提出了一些建议。

The mandatory disclosure of self-monitoring information by sewage units is the legal responsibility of sewage enterprises as one of the important links of the sewage permit system.At present,in the self-monitoring information disclosure procedure,there are problems such as vague definition of subject,imperfect disclosure method,accountability and failure of supervision procedure.Therefore,this paper makes some suggestions on how to clarify the main status of sewage units,improve the way of self-monitoring information disclosure,and implement the procedure of accountability.
