摘要
美国消费品安全委员会(CPSC)管辖用于家庭、学校及娱乐场所的多达15,000种消费品,是美国极为重要的产品质量安全监管机构。本文介绍了美国消费品安全委员会2018-2022年战略规划,对队伍建设、风险预防、应急响应和信息交流4大核心任务目标的提出背景和主要策略进行了分析解读,以期为我国产品质量安全监管部门和机构提供有价值的信息和可借鉴的经验。
The U.S.Consumer Product Safety Commission(CPSC)has jurisdiction over more than 15,000 types of consumer products used at home,in schools and recreation places.It is an extremely important product quality and safety regulatory agency in the United States.In this paper,the strategic plan of CPSC in 2018-2022 is introduced,and the background and main strategies of the four core mission goals of team building,risk prevention,emergency response and information exchange are analyzed.It provides valuable information and experience for China’s product quality and safety regulatory departments and institutions.
