摘要
本文以生鲜牛乳作为综合标准化的研究对象,以保证质量安全为目标,系统分析了影响生鲜牛乳质量安全的相关要素及规范要求,建立了生鲜牛乳标准综合体,期望本文能为我国生鲜牛乳综合标准化提供研究思路。
This paper takes raw milk as the research object of comprehensive standardization,with the goal of ensuring the quality and safety of the raw milk,systemically analyzes the related elements and specification requirements,and establishes the standard complex of raw milk.It is expected that this paper will provide research ideas of comprehensive standardization for raw milk.
