基于全寿命周期管理的机载设备履历本规范制定及编写研究

Establishment and Research of Airborne Equipment Resumes Specification Based on Total Life Cycle Management

针对航空机载设备履历本编写及使用中存在的问题,基于全寿命周期管理总思路从产品使用前、使用中及使用后3个方面对履历本的3个作用进行了分析和论述,研究了履历本栏目组成及其设置意义,提出了履历本编写中应遵循的文文相符及文实相符、固定与自由格式并存、过程记录完整性、时间前后一致性编写原则及编写方法,建立了机载设备履历本的接收及检查要求,实现了履历本填写内容的正确、规范和统一,弥补了航空机载设备履历本及产品合格证编制要求中编写元素不全面、规定内容不具体等缺失。文中提到的研究思路和方法及相关建议结论,对标准的修订及履历本的填写有一定的参考价值。

Aiming at the existing problems in compiling and using the resumes of airborne equipment,this paper analyzes and discusses the three functions of the resumes in three aspects including before,during and after the use of the product based on the general idea of total life cycle management.It studies the composition of the resumes column and its significance,and proposes the principles and methods in compiling resumes,such as the correspondence between document and object,the coexistence between fixed form and free form,the integrity of process records and the consistence of time.It also establishes the principles of acceptance and inspection from airborne equipment resumes,realizes the correctness and standardization and unification of the content of the resumes,and makes up for the defects of the incompleteness of compiling elements and the lack of specific content in the compilation requirements of aviation airborne equipment resumes and certificates.The research methods and conclusions mentioned in this paper have certain reference value for the revision and completion of airborne equipment resumes.
