Ignoring the Facts and Trampling on International Law--A Comment on U.S.Slandering China's Sacrifice and Contribution in the Fight Against COVID-19 and Threatening to Impose Responsibility on WHO and China

美国高层政客及某些追随者罔顾事实,践踏国际法,造谣诬蔑中国抗击COVID-19疫情之牺牲与贡献,妄图“追究”世卫组织和中国“责任”,借以转嫁和逃避其抗疫不力、草菅人命、贻祸全球的罪责。本文针锋相对,列举大量事实和国际法准则,批判美国无耻政客的种种谰言,揭露其险恶居心,澄清国际迷雾,以正国际视听,并提出切实可行的应对对策建议。

High-level U.S.politicians and some followers ignored the facts,trampled on international law,rumored China's sacrifice and contribution in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic,and attempted to"investigate"the"responsibility"of WHO and China in order to pass on and evade the guilt of its ineffectiveness against pandemic,the disregard of life,and the mischief to the world.This article is tit-for-tat,citing a large number of facts and norms of international law,criticizing the slanders of shameless politicians in the United States,exposing their sinister ambitions,clarifying the international mystery,clearing the air,and proposing practical countermeasures.
