摘要
"生态之城"的愿景要求上海加强城市生态空间修复,加大生物多样性保护。上海湿地资源丰富,水鸟是表征其生态系统健康状况的重要野生动物之一。针对上海地域特点,上海地方标准DB31/T 1138-2019《水鸟同步调查技术规范》出台。该标准填补了水鸟专项调查技术标准空白,有助于掌握水鸟种群和栖息地时空变化规律,为湿地保护、生物多样性保育这一政策的制定提供科学支撑。
The vision of "Ecological City" requires us to strengthen the restoration of urban ecological space in Shanghai and increase the protection of biodiversity. Shanghai is rich in wetland resources, and waterbirds are important wildlife that characterize the health of its ecosystem. In response to the regional characteristics of Shanghai, the Shanghai local standard DB31/T 1138-2019 "Technical specification for synchronous survey of waterbirds" was released. This standard fills the gaps in technical standards for the special surveys on waterbirds, helps to grasp the temperal spatial change of waterbirds populations and habitats, and provides support for government decision-making on wetland protection and biodiversity conservation.
