The reconstruction of rural dilapidated houses is a complex and systematic work,which is related to the normal life and production of rural residents and the safety of life and property.The transformation of rural dilapidated houses has achieved great success in the country,but there are still many deficiencies in details.This paper has summarized and analyzed the policies,characteristics,influencing factors and existing problems of the transformation of rural dilapidated houses,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research conclusion can provide reference and reference for the overall success of poverty alleviation.
