摘要
目的总结隔离病房首批COVID-19患者的临床护理措施和效果.方法选取2020年1月25日~2月18日郑州市某三甲医院隔离病房首批20例确诊为COVID-19的患者,回顾性分析相关护理要点,包括一般护理、疾病护理、心理护理等护理措施,分析护理效果,总结护理体会.结果在临床治疗的基础上,经过以上有效的护理措施,20例患者均治愈出院.结论密切观察患者的病情变化,采取有效的护理方法,严格执行病房消毒隔离制度,是救治COVID-19患者的重要护理措施.
Objective To summarize the clinical nursing measures and effect of first 20 COVID-19 patients in isolation ward.Methods The first patients diagnosed with COVID-19 in isolation ward of a grade Aclass three hospital in Zhengzhou from January 25lh,2020 to February 18th,20 were selected.General nursing,disease nursing,psychological nursing and other key nursing measures and its effect was analyzed retrospectively to summarise the care experience.Results 20 patients were cured and discharged after standard treatment and special tailored nursing care.Conclusion Mornitoring any condition changes closely,taking effective nursing measures and implementing provisions of disinfection and isolation are the primary nursing measures to treat COVID-19 patients.
