摘要
建立科学的管理干部考核体系,对于调动高校干部干事创业积极性,促进高等教育内涵式发展具有十分重要的现实意义。结合平衡记分卡在战略细化、指标考核方面的优势与层次分析法在决策分解、量化分析方面的优势,基于平衡记分卡从岗位业绩、工作表现、群众认可和自身建设等方面建立考核指标,进一步利用层次分析法计算高校管理干部考核指标权重,建立高校管理干部考核评价体系,探索科学评价高校管理干部的方法。
Establishing a scientific assessment system for cadres is of essential practical significance for mobilizing entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college cadres and for promoting the connotative development of higher education.Adhering to the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,combining the advantages of BSC in strategy refinement and index assessment with the advantages of AHP in decision resolution and quantitative analysis,this paper tries to establish an assessment index system from outstanding achievement,job performance,mass recognition,self-construction,assessment index weight with AHP,and an evaluation system for university cadres.It is to explore the method of the assessment of cadres in universities.
