摘要 无人机倾斜摄影测量是测绘遥感领域近年来发展起来的一项高精度测量新技术,成果具有现实感逼真、分辨率高、可量测和精度可靠等特点。研究了基于该技术开展地籍房产一体化测量技术,通过像控测量、倾斜航空摄影、空三加密、实景模型生成、要素采集、精度检测、统计分析等关键环节,评定不同航摄地面分辨率的成果精度情况,以期寻求实际生产中性价比最优的航摄分辨率,最终达到降本增效的目的。同时为该技术在房地一体测绘中的进一步推广应用提供典型参考案例和作业依据。 UAV tilt photogrammetry is a new high precision measurement technology developed in the field of surveying and remote sensing in recent years and its results are characterized by realistic reality,high resolution,measurable and reliable accuracy.This paper mainly studies the integrated measurement of real estate and cadastral based on this technology,through image control point measurement,tilt aerial photography,aerial triangulation,scene model generation,element collection,precision detection,statistical analysis and other key processes,evaluating the results accuracy of different aerial photography ground resolutions,in order to seek optimal cost-effective resolution in actual production.Ultimately it achieves the purpose of reducing costs and increasing benefits.At the same time,it provides a typical reference case and operation basis for the further popularization and application of the technology in the integrated measurement of real estate and cadastral.
