以低温保鲜功能为主的冷链物流对运输车辆的要求较高,监控冷链物流车辆状态成为提升物流质量的有力支撑,现阶段仍然缺少有效的实时监控冷链物流车辆的监控终端。为此设计了一种冷链物流车辆状态远程监控装置,通过该监控装置实现全方位实时监控功能,该装置主要由各类传感器和摄像机等设备构成,完成对运输车辆重要数据实时高效的收集与分析处理过程,详细展示当前车辆状态信息并保留原始数据,根据严重等级发出警报信息以供工作人员及时处理。

Cold chain logistics,which is mainly based on low-temperature fresh-keeping function,has higher requirements for transport vehicles.Monitoring the status of cold chain logistics vehicles has become a powerful support for improving the quality of logistics.At this stage,there is still a lack of effective real-time monitoring terminals for cold chain logistics vehicles.This article mainly designs a remote monitoring device for the status of cold chain logistics vehicles.Through this monitoring device,a comprehensive real-time monitoring function is implemented.The device is mainly composed of various sensors and cameras and other equipment.It can analyze the processing process,display the current vehicle status information in detail and retain the original data,and issue alarm information according to the severity level for timely processing by staff.
