摘要
为了翻卸不解列铁路敞车,对原有设备进行改造,设计了一种新型的“O”型不解列双车翻车机。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立转子钢结构有限元模型。选取4种计算工况,计算应力分布情况,并进行静强度校核。根据有限元计算结果,优化转子钢结构,减轻整机质量。
In order to unload insoluble railway truck,reform the original equipment,it designs a new type of"O"shape insoluble double car dumper.Appling ANSYS element software,it sets up the finite element model of the rotor steel structure.It takes four calculation conditions to calculate,analyses the finite element model,accounts the stress distributing state and carries out static strength.According to the results of the finite element calculation,the rotor steel structure is optimized and the quality of the whole machine is reduced.
