摘要
研究了民机典型壁板加筋结构——机身框结构的自然网格有限元建模、内力提取方法以及静强度校核方法,并以直段圆柱形等机身结构为例,对不同建模方法进行了比较。结果表明,梁模型和杆板系模型均能较准确地模拟机身框结构的变形和内力,且各有优势,推荐在民机不同设计阶段使用。
This paper studies the natural mesh finite element modeling,internal force extraction and static strength checking methods of the fuselage frame structure,which is a typical stiffened plane structure of civil aircraft.Taking the straight cylindrical fuselage structure as an example,it compars the different modeling methods.The results show that both the beam model and the rod plate model can simulate the deformation and internal force of the frame structure accurately,and each has its own advantages,which are recommended to be used in different design stages of civil aircraft.
