摘要
以赞比亚某铜钴矿为研究对象,采用一粗-两扫-三精的混合浮选工艺得到铜钴混合精矿,混合精矿经再磨至细度为-0.038mm占82%,以石灰做抑制剂,采用一粗-一精-一扫的铜钴分离流程可获得铜品位为34.22%、回收率为92.75%的铜精矿和钴品位为1.35%、回收率为55.78%的钴精矿。本研究可以实现铜钴有效分离,为该类型铜钴矿资源的回收利用提供重要指导。
Taking a copper-cobalt ore from Zambia as the research object,a copper-cobalt bulk flotation concentrate was obtained by using one roughing-two scavenging-three cleaning flotation process,the bulk flotation concentrate was reground to a fineness of 82%of the particles were smaller than-0.038mm,the copper concentrate with a copper grade of 34.22%,a copper recovery rate of 92.75%and the cobalt concentrate with a cobalt grade of 1.35%,a cobalt recovery rate of 55.78%were obtained using the copper-cobalt separation process of one roughing-one scavenging-one cleaning,and using lime as an inhibitor.This study can achieve effective separation of copper and cobalt,and provide important guidance for the recovery and utilization of this type of copper-cobalt ore resources.
